How to embed YouTube Video’s in WordPress

Had a slight problem getting YouTube video’s to embed on one of my pages! found this useful video that will help you, its simple really the only I have found is remember what you change in WordPress that way if and when things screw up (and they will!) you can reverse the process quite easily.
If you have any other WordPress questions, please post them!
You can also change the size very easily if you look at the embed link, it would normally have a width and height, just play with numbers in order for your YouTube video to have the perfect fit.
